Product Description

The RDF briquetting machine is specialized equipment that processes biomass raw materials (including domestic garbage, straw, wood chips, and agricultural/forestry waste) into high-density solid fuel blocks through mechanical compression. Using hydraulic or mechanical pressure, the equipment compresses crushed biomass materials into regular block fuel with high calorific value, complete combustion, and easy storage/transportation. This environmentally-friendly solution can replace traditional fossil fuels in industrial boilers, biomass power plants, and residential heating applications.

Production Process

1. Pretreatment and Transportation

Waste materials enter processing via chain or belt conveyor for automated loading.

2. Coarse Crushing

Dual-axis shredder reduces material volume to suitable size for subsequent processing.

3. Sorting and Purification

Magnetic separation removes metal impurities; wind separation separates light combustibles from heavy materials.

4. Fine Crushing

Materials are further processed into uniform 50-100mm particles meeting RDF specifications.

5. Molding
